I'm really having problems like the below dump which killed a backup that was 
19 hours into a 24+ hour run.  Granted my versions are 2.4.0, so if these are 
fixed, then I'll happily upgrade, but if not:

1.  Do I need to do something other than "update slots" when I remove tapes 
from my loader?  Why does Bacula insist on trying to pull an older tape out the 
loader?  This is a tape that hasn't been in the loader for a month at least.
2.  Can Bacula not be written with error checking that covers cases like this.  
IOW, why does it crash when it discovers the loader is not set up the way it 
was?
