Hi,
you should have a option in your router to set specific "MAC-Adresses"
to a specific IP, then setup a port forwarding of your desired ports
to the clients ip.
if you try to access your clients from the internet then have also a
look at http://www.no-ip.com oder www.dyndns.com for example. oh and
