Any idea on this one?
I have run the full backup from a bconsole and today I still got the error:

02-Sep 23:35 backupserver-dir: BackupCatalog.2008-09-02_23.10.00 Fatal
error: RunBeforeJob error: ERR=Child exited with code 1
