There is no Bacula imposed limit.  You should be fine.


Make sure your Catalog is on a database server that is fast.  More RAM 
and faster disks is good.

FYI, instead of doing 70 million files in one job, I'd split that up 
into smaller FileSets instead of one major FileSet.
