Hello,

 I have been trying to get some information through the tapeinfo command about 
my tape drive, but when running, it returns a INQUIRY Command Failed message.

 Is this common? Or is this a sign of a problem with my tape drive?

 The drive we are using is an IBM 400/800GB HH LTO Gen 3 SAS tape drive (P/N 
43W8478). I have had a look for linux drivers for this, but not having much 
luck through IBM's site.
