Hi,
Bacula has been  removed on gentoo from portage.
I 'm using 1.36.3 on several machines but I can't add a new machine
(since it's no longer in portage). So I decided to fetch from the
source and installed it in a overlay. It starts fine but the file
daemon doesn't listen to port 9002. It doesn't listen to any port
actually. Thus I get error messages saying the storage can't connect
to the file daemon.
So  my question is : what can I do to launch the daemon ? Or better
does somebody know how to fix my install ? is there something to do
with the ebuild ?
