[Bacula-users] Restores taking a long time building directory tree
2008-07-04 06:54:34
I'm having a problem with bacula restores taking a very long time to
build the directory tree. I know why, it's building a tree in memory and
that server holds a Scalix mailstore with lots and lots of very
similarly named small files.
Has this been fixed in later versions of bacula? I'm running the
2.0.3-10 rpms from EPEL which someone commented were somewhat old. If
it's fixed then maybe it's worth upgrading but I'd rather stick with the
rpms in the repository if not.
thanks for any advice
