It's very easy. Webacula comes with a README file in wich the authors explain 
how to install Webacula. You just need to install Apache, PHP and use MySQL as 
SGBD for Bacula. For me Webacula don't works because it support only MySQL and 
I work with PostgreSQL and I don't have knowledges about Zend Framework. I'm 
thinking in development my own Webacula using Symfony and add support for more 
than one SGBD.
