So I went back to 2.2.8.
After I replaced tape, that tape was bad, I/O-error, and again SD died and all
jobs canceled with error.
2.2.8 just asks a new tape after a failure as that. 2.4.0 SD seems to die after
any problem with the tape, when a "missing tape" when it has ejected the full
tape.
