The WildDirs look good to me.
You could try using
File = "C:/Users"
File = "C:/Documents and Settings"
File = "D:/Users"
File = "D:/Documents and Settings"
File = "E:/Users"
File = "E:/Documents and Settings"
File = "F:/Users"
File = "F:/Documents and Settings"
instead of
File = "C:/"
File = "D:/"
File = "E:/"
in the end of include. That's the way I have it, and it works.
In my setup, I include those, and then have a big Options (Exclude=yes) block
to exclude certain folders. And the I have an Exclude block too for some file
extensions, just like you have.
I'll attack my Windows fileset as text file: have a look.
