Do you have barcodes on the tapes and a barcode reader in the library? If yes,
does mtx see them correctly? Because it looks like bacula doesn't seem them.
If you don't have barcodes, you need to label your tapes with the 'label'
command in bconsole.
You can use 'readlabel' in btape to double-check the labels. If you use the
'label' command in btape, then you'll need to use the 'add' command in
bconsole, so it's best to use 'label' in bconsole.
