Without spooling and without changing the block size, I get 80-90 MB/s
with a HP Ultrium 1840 SCSI LTO-4 drive.
I don't think that changing the block size will give you 2-3 times
better throughput. There must be something basic going wrong, but I'm
not an SAS expert.
