The telnet command expects a space, not a colon, to separate the IP
address and the port.
Also note that your computer reacts and says that it can't connect on
port 23 (the default telnet port), which indicates that it did not
understand that you wanted to talk to port 9101.
So, "telnet 10.128.50.155 9101" is the correct command.
