You see where i manually try to do a full backup at 7:57 and 7:59

Nothing happens

I can successfully connect to the hot via filezilla and can see and upload or download files without problems using same user and passwords as BackuPC has .

ping too slow on host [1] 37.71msec.

You'll need to relax that, or the backup will never, ever happen.

You might want to try $Conf{PingMaxMsec} = 200;

in your machine-specific conf.pl. (I won't get too specific, as I understand hackers are trying to steal the names of your hosts, even as we speak. Good luck, agent.)
