I am trying to troubleshoot why I can not back up my virtual machines running on VMware ESXi 5.5.

This is what I get when I run the ./BackupPC_dump -f -v esxi.evs-nb.de on command line:

I have compiled rsync-static for ESXi which is running fine so far. I have a DumpPreShareCmd which starts a script on the ESXi to create a snapshot. I can verify the snapshot gets created. Transfer starts but after I while I am getting the above error.  rsync transfer method.

Anyone having an idea how to troubleshoot further or what to monitor?
