[BackupPC-users] Backuppc and nfsv4 symlink problem
2014-06-19 17:25:26
I try to install backuppc with a nfs mount under /var/lib/backuppc
At the end of the install I have the error
[....] Starting backuppc...2014-06-19 15:01:43 Can't create a test
hardlink between a file in /var/lib/backuppc/pc and
/var/lib/backuppc/cpool. Either these are different file systems, or
this file system doesn't support hardlinks, or these directories don't
exist, or there is a permissions problem, or the file system is out of
inodes or full. Use df, df -i, and ls -ld to check each of these
possibilities. Quitting...
first I don't see any file under /pc , maybe the script create the file
try the hardlink and delete the file.
hardlink are working
root@backuppc:/var/lib/backuppc/pc/localhost# ln test
/var/lib/backuppc/cpool/test
root@backuppc:/var/lib/backuppc/pc/localhost# ls -l /var/lib/backuppc/cpool/
total 0
-rw-r--r-- 2 root root 0 Jun 19 2014 test
My backuppc server is Debian wheezy and the nfs server is Centos 6
any help or hint will be welcome
Ben
