Full backup #29 should to be kept until the following incremental backup #30 
expire. Otherwise the incremental backup #30 will be incomplete.

Backup #30 not expired because of $Conf{FullKeepCnt} not affect incremental 
backups. See $Conf{IncrKeepCnt}, $Conf{IncrKeepCntMin}, $Conf{IncrAgeMax}.
