CentOS 6.5 x64 seems to default to xfs at a certain array-size (not sure at
which point though), so you might not have an option.
Anyway, Anaconda objected at my choosing ext4 for the 40 TB raid-array when I
recently set up a new system, and defaulted to xfs instead.
YMMV I guess.
