Les' suggestions are the best idea for getting all the files.

From the web interface, when you browse each directory, it shows which backup number each file is being merged from.  That's the column marked "#" between the mode and the file size in the file list.  However, there isn't a way to get that information through the web interface other than a directory at a time.
