You need to configure apache to require authentication and log into
the web interface as someone in $Conf{CgiAdminUsers} to see all the
hosts.  More details
at:.http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/faq/BackupPC.html#step_9__cgi_interface.
  Some packaged versions configure apache for you but I'm not familiar
with how the freebsd port works.
