I'm backing up a host with: $Conf{XferMethod} = 'rsync'; $Conf{RsyncClientCmd} = '$sshPath -q -x -l root $host $rsyncPath $argList+';
I'm not very familiar with running commands remotely via SSH; is the whole rsync transaction encrypted by virtue of being called this way, or are we just using SSH as a way to get to the host and execute commands on it?
Thanks, and let me know if my question doesn't make sense. -Frank
