Well, I connected to the backuppc server from HP-PC-XP and using the web 
interface to backuppc, run the backup,  and got the same error message as above.

I understand the ClientAlias config param, but, I don't know where to 'turn off 
the DHCP' option in backuppc.  How is that done?
