No, this makes them become incrementals of different levels. That's as close a
simulation of differential backups as you'll currently get in BackupPC, and
it's probably as close as you need. Just don't try something like
$Conf {IncrLevels} = [1 .. 365];
$Conf {FullPeriod} = 364.97;
