The latest version is 0.3.1
I use it everyday and it works fine for me (the author).
Let me know if you need a copy of that version and I will send it to
you.

Also, note that the scripts were written for XP. In fact, XP requires
additional workarounds to Vista due to the fact that the vshadow
command is crippled, shadow mounts are transient, and you can't easily
assign mountpoints (other than through using dosdev). Theoretically,
the script for Vista could be simplified.

In fact, I have no idea whether it even works as-is for Vista given
that I don't use Vista. At a minimum, you would need to make sure that
you use the Vista version of vshadow and that dosdev still works with
Vista. Also, the command line flags to vshadow may have changed in
moving to Vista (got to love Microsoft).

I have no plans on making a Vista version unless-and-until I upgrade
(downgrade?) to Vista at home
