Yes, you are right :-)
cp -rl /var/lib/backuppc/pc/host1/0 /var/lib/backuppc/pc/host2/0
do what I want.
Also 
cp -al /var/lib/backuppc/pc/host1/0 /var/lib/backuppc/pc/host2/0
do what I want.
I would prefer -a instead -r because it preserve attributes and didn't
follow symbolic links.
