It looks like it actually did fail, but the web interface said it
completed as was green

Im using volume shadow to back up the databases, so they are not live.
(or in use)

I restarted another full backup to see if it completes this time.  Ive
just never seen it say it completed when it really didnt.

the "sw_image_Data.MDF" referenced is the large DB file that had the
way smaller size, which was because it didnt complete
the backup.

Hopefully the next full will work.
