Ehm- why should BackupPC not support these ACLs if the underlying tools do?

You can simply add your above parameters to the $Conf{RsyncArgs}
parameter in you config file. So they will definetly be stored.
And for restore add them to $Conf{RsyncRestoreArgs}.

This shouldn't be an issue.
