I'm been using amzfs-snapshot and it works well. One feature that I would like to have in the plug-in is an option to run
a script before and after a snapshot is created thus I can shutdown my application create a snapshot bring it online and
proceed with the backup.
Why not add a general script application that could be user for rman backup for oracle as well in the distribution.
