Your version of glib should be fine -- the versions are numbered like
most software, although the GNOME people sometimes use "2.0" or "2.2"
as a shorthand for "2.x.y" and "2.x.y where x >= 2", respectively,
which can get confusing.
As the message says, consult your config.log to see what's wrong.
