Sure -- supply the path to the disklist as a config overwrite:
 amcheck -o disklist=disklist.red-days MyConfig
 amdump -o disklist=disklist.blue-days MyConfig

You can also get creative with dumptype inheritance and the "ignore"
option, if you're so inclined.
