Any chance you have an incomplete dump image in your holdingdisk?
It may be telling you that all the complete dumps were flushed to
tape, but incomplete ones were not.  When that has happened  to
me, I've just had amflush offer me those dates to flush, but when
I selected them it would write nothing to tape and tell me the
flush failed.  At least in the older versions I have used, parts
of Amanda just check for the existence of subdirectories in your
holdingdisk, while other parts actually check to see if they
contain valid (complete) dumps.
