Can you fix your reply-to to have a valid field.

Didn't find it anywhere in the files under /usr/include so it doesn't seem to be defined. If I manually defined it in common-src/amanda.h that would work around the problem but there could be other definitions missing.

What's in_port_t meant to be defined as under Linux?
