Add "--with-user=USER" to your invocation of ./configure ;)

Amanda needs to know the user and group it will run as -- probably
  ./configure --with-user=amanda --with-group=amanda ...
But you should *definitely* look at ./configure --help to see what other
options you'll be interested in!
