Hi!
I see that there is a client running (and a process on the backup-server)
--> (Backupserver)
28409 ? Ss 0:00 /bin/sh -c /usr/sbin/amdump daily_pst &&
/usr/sbin/amadmin daily_pst export
28411 ? S 0:00 /bin/sh /usr/sbin/amdump daily_pst
28437 ? S 0:00 /usr/lib/amanda/driver daily_pst
and i see that data is written on my Backupserver (vtapes).
-> -rw------- 1 amanda disk 2,5G 19. Apr ----> 11:01 <--- (timestamp is
updating and filesize is getting bigger) 00019.pst._pst_kmueller.0
The report told me
These dumps were to tape daily_pst109.
The next tape Amanda expects to use is: daily_pst110.

at this time the backup was till running and writing the data to the vtape.
See this ->

This disklist entry is still backuping
->

(11:07 is now)
I don?t know why the report was generated while the backup was running.
Thanks for your help

How did you come to that conclusion?
Was there still one client running some amanda process, but
the server did send the mail report?
Didn't the report mention anything strange (like clients that
timed out, etc.) ?
