Hello,

2.5.1p1 on irix-6.5.x

I have a few DLEs with 'holdingdisk off' and amanda.conf has runtapes > 1.
If a DLE fails to be taped because amanda hits EOT then the failed DLE
is not retried. It's the first time that I use 'holdingdisk off' but
is this the normal behaviour?

Moreover sendbackup lingers and leave other processes as well:

root 4606681 4569249 0 01:08:34 ? 831:56 gtar --create --file - --directory
/data/nih/nih1/subjects_NIH_F2a --one-file-s

# ps -edf | grep 4569249 | grep -v grep
  amanda 4574735 4569249 0 - - 0:00 <defunct>
    root 4606681 4569249 0 01:08:34 ? 838:49 gtar --create --file -
--directory /data/nih/nih1/subjects_NIH_F2a --one-file-s
  amanda 4569249 1 0 01:01:26 ? 5:44
/opt/amanda/amanda9/libexec/sendbackup amandad bsdtcp

Thanks!
