I think my problem is labeling the tapes and make they work well with dump 0
This is part of my amanda.conf

dumpcycle    0
runspercycle 1
tapecycle 1 tape
labelstr "Respaldo1"
amrecover_do_fsf yes
amrecover_check_label yes

You can also specify this in the dumptype definition to force Fulls each time:

strategy noinc
