amanda still lacks an initial rewind in chg-scsi

Greetings all;

And which leads to its failing to read a tape thats already loaded.
For instance, tonights tape was already loaded, but I didn't rewind
it before running amcheck after adding a few lines to my disklist,
so I get this:

This is not the first time I have reported this.  Am I the only one
with the problem?  I see by the above that I need to install the
snapshot I grabbed day before yesterday & promptly forgot about.  There is
nothing in the ChangeLog of that snapshot refering to this.
