Does this file (/home/alumnos/inspqv00/.amandahosts) exist on
irixoa06.des.udc.es?  What are its permissions?  Do you have a line in
it saying
amanda_serv     amanda
?  Did you reload inetd after you reinstalled amanda?  (killall -HUP
inetd)
