Both verify runs fail reading the same file on the tape: an image of a 1.28
Gb samba share. I checked both tapes by reading the tapes and files header
blocks.
It does not mean that those files are not corrupted, but this is unlikely.
Is there a size limit to the file that amverify (tar ?) can handle ?
The amanda server runs RHS 7.3, amanda 2.4.2p2, gnu tar 1.13.19, samba
2.0.7.
Could it be a 2 Gbyte filesize limit in samba, which gets gzipped
into a 1.2 Gbyte image? The samba is really really old!
