Seems to be the strange-questions-day ;) ...

Why not use two dumptypes?

For example:

> define dumptype important {
>     dumpcycle 2
>     priority high
> }

> define dumptype unimportant {
>     dumpcycle 5
>     priority low
> }

You get less lev0 for the "unimportant" stuff so you save space for
the important ones.
