Nevermind, Duh me.

Just add dir was it.  Was confused since list didn't show all files and
directories.

What would be the syntax of adding an entire directory structure to be
included in the restore list?

I can't seem to get it working for an entire directory, subdirectories and
files in them.  
Being a huge directory structure I don't want to have to manually traverse
each directory.
