Do you want just what filesystems are on the tape, or the actual contents 
of each filesystem?

amrestore /dev/tape no-such-host 

will do the former.  You'll need to do a bunch of 'tar t's to do the 
latter (assuming tar, of course).

If you've set up tapelabels, you could also do the former with amreport.
