Indexes are created at the same time a DLE is backed up, if indexes are enabled
in your dumptype. Since they were disabled, you won't have any until your
next backup, and not a complete set until your next level 0. Indexes just
enable you to browse around your backups and pick pieces to restore. You
can still do restores without them, it's just not as convenient if you only
want a few files restored.
Actually looks like looking for index on the client (localhost). Where does
it look for on client based on the output from the amrecover command.
It looks like it's guessing. If where you are doesn't match a DLE you might
need to do a sethost (or setdisk if in a different directory) command to tell
Amanda which host and DLE you are trying to restore.
