Hello, 

i tryed to compile amanda-2.4.3 on SunOS 5.6 Generic_105181-19 sun4u sparc 
SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIi-Engine

after compiling, the starting of amandad faild with no error message:

bash-2.02# ./client-src/amandad
Segmentation Fault
