If you already have the .opt files, may as well use that.  I didn't know
your context other than I assumed it was to access a different node.

BTW, you can create also shortcuts and pass the option there if you prefer
that to a batch file.  Either will the same, it's your preference.

The target would be:
"c:\program files\tivoli\tsm\baclient\dsm.exe" -optfile=X:\somdir\other.opt

Currently, we use 4-physical servers running 30+ ISP client services each,
that run the schedules and Web interface (via individual dsm.opt files and
unique HTTP ports).  Since the Web interface is going away, the only way we
could come up with to get around the lack of a Web interface (for restores)
is to let certain folks (operations and help desk) RDP into these servers
and run the BA Client GUI and point to the appropriate dsm.opt file (via
batch file).

We are open to suggestions if there is a better way to transition to no Web
interface?
