Will switching replication server as part of the maintenance script work?
Something along these lines:
Set REPLSERVer tsm2
UPDate STGpool DIR_POOL_TSM1 PROTECTstgpool=DIR_POOL_TSM2
protect stgpool DIR_POOL_TSM1 maxsessions=2 wait=yes
replicate node * maxsessions=2 wait=yes

Set REPLSERVer tsm3
UPDate STGpool DIR_POOL_TSM1 PROTECTstgpool=DIR_POOL_TSM3
protect stgpool DIR_POOL_TSM1 maxsessions=2 wait=yes
replicate node * maxsessions=2 wait=yes
