Thanks for the link...

So Instant restore is a regular restore but can  be access after few percent  
restored .  The instant restore is permanent  and no need to do a "dismount" . 

Correct ?

Instant restore
    The virtual machine is restored and is available during the restore 
operation.

Instant access
    A temporary virtual machine is created for verification of the backup data, 
but the virtual machine is not restored.
