That's the exact same error I got. I tried both service.boulder.ibm.com and
public.dhe.ibm.com, same result. I also tried unpacking the file on my desktop
using 7zip: also an error. I downloaded the file directly to the Linux server:
same error. Only the version I downloaded from Fix Central unpacked without
errors. The strange thing is that the file sizes are identical. Hash
calculation by using HashCalc showed a different MD5 hash:
The file from Fix Central: 62a5b10ceb53524137d1709e14cabee1
The file from boulder: 3805e829231988ac9dd51abbd44b2081
Really weird...
