No, we had the same issue here, though on Windows. Apparently the only way to
get 7.1.4 is to first install 7.1.3 then upgrade.

Hi guys!
We were able to install TSM for VE 7.1.4 only after first installing the base
(7.1.3) version first, because of the required license file. I extracted the
license file tdp4vmw.lic from the 7.1.3 package and placed it into the correct
location and then tried to install 7.1.4, but that doesn't work either.
Has anybody been able to find a way to install 7.1.4 straight away, along with
the required license file?
