Hello, anyone encounter this in the past?

Windows server 2008 R2 Standard SP1

Installing TSM 641.  Install went fine.  When trying to launch the GUI so to 
configure, I get dsm.exe error can't find msvcr100.dll.
But I see the .dll in the "tsm\client\baclinet\jvm70402\jre\bin" folder
